Sir/Madam,
Please provide certified copies and details of the following records under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
1. Certified copies of the list of all road repair, asphalt, and maintenance works sanctioned, ongoing, and completed across Bengaluru for the financial years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
2. The total budget allocated and the total amount expended on road construction and maintenance in Bengaluru during the financial years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
3. Certified copies of the standard operating procedures, guidelines, or circulars issued regarding the quality inspection and defect liability periods for newly laid or repaired roads in Bengaluru.
4. Certified copies of the ward-wise register or records detailing contractor names, work order numbers, and completion dates for road works executed during the financial year 2023-2024.
